Kristen Herzog

Owner & Founder, Medical Director & Expert Injector

Kristen is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Perfect Dose, with a nursing career that began in the Emergency Room before she transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2018. Known for her expertise in facial balancing and advanced injectable techniques, she is also a national trainer and educator who is passionate about advancing the industry while helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results. Kristen founded Perfect Dose in 2020 with a vision of creating an elevated approach to aesthetics centered around exceptional outcomes and genuine patient relationships. Outside of work, her favorite place to be is with her family, whether she’s watching her boys grow, escaping to their cabin in Flagstaff, or hitting the slopes. And no day officially starts without her signature trio: a green banana, an Evian sparkling water, and a Celsius.

Alexandra Falco

RN, BSN, CLT, NP-S

Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Wellness Nurse

With over four years of nursing experience and a background in dermatology, Alexandra has built her career around facial aesthetics, regenerative treatments, and wellness. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University and current Family Nurse Practitioner student, she is known for pairing medical precision with an artistic eye to create balanced, natural-looking results. Alexandra is passionate about continued education and staying at the forefront of aesthetics and wellness. When she’s not treating patients, you’ll likely find her at Pilates, traveling, trying a new restaurant, or learning about the latest in longevity.

Ana Owens

RN, BSN, MSN, MBA

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Ana brings 10 years of nursing experience to Perfect Dose, with a background spanning psychiatric nursing and more than six years in aesthetics. Her experience in both mental health and aesthetic medicine has shaped the compassionate, personalized way she cares for her patients and helps them feel confident in their own skin. At home, she’s a mom first and can usually be found playing Cars with her son or planning their next Disney adventure.

Danielle Day

RN, CLT

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

With eight years of nursing experience and more than five years dedicated to aesthetics, Danielle approaches every treatment with an appreciation for balance, precision, and artistry. She loves creating subtle, refined results that leave her patients looking refreshed while still feeling completely like themselves. Outside the clinic, Danielle is happiest getting lost in a great book, spending time with her son, or escaping outdoors for a hike or camping trip.

Kristi Amrhein

Kristi has six years of experience as a registered nurse and has spent the past four years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Her background in dermatology and neurology gives her a unique clinical perspective, while her natural eye for balance and detail drives her love for facial harmony and personalized treatments. She is also passionate about education and enjoys training and supporting other providers. That eye for aesthetics follows her home too: Kristi loves antique shopping, creative home projects, and even takes interior design courses for fun.

Taylor Wadsworth

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Taylor began her nursing career in pediatric emergency and trauma care before finding her passion for aesthetic medicine. With over three years of nursing experience, she brings a strong clinical foundation and artistic approach to creating natural, enhanced results for her patients. Taylor is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree through Georgetown University. When she’s not working or studying, she loves Pilates, traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Sara Patterson

RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Sara began her nursing career in acute care and surgery before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, where she quickly found her passion. A Grand Canyon University graduate and Perfect Dose-trained injector, she loves creating thoughtful treatment plans that enhance rather than change her patients’ natural features. Her approach combines clinical precision with a commitment to continued education and safe, natural-looking results. Outside the treatment room, Sara loves trying new workout classes, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.

Mikaela Fontana

CMLT, LE

Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Originally from Tucson, Mikaela has spent more than six years in the aesthetics industry helping patients feel confident in their own skin. She is passionate about personalized treatments, exceptional patient care, and creating an experience where every person who sits in her treatment room feels comfortable and heard. When she’s not at Perfect Dose, Mikaela is usually hanging out with her three cats or taking her Jeep Wrangler out to explore Arizona’s trails.

Madyson Perkins

LE, CLT

Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

Madyson has been immersed in the world of aesthetics since graduating from Penrose Academy in 2019. She loves the science behind great skin and believes the best results come from pairing advanced in-office treatments with a personalized, results-driven homecare routine. Her goal is always healthy, radiant skin and a plan that makes sense for the individual patient. Outside of skincare, Madyson is married to her high school sweetheart and loves hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with their daughter.

Madisson Gumm

CLT, LE

Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

With more than 13 years in medical aesthetics, Madisson brings extensive experience along with a genuine love for the science of skin. She is especially passionate about advanced laser technology, but her favorite part of what she does is building relationships with her patients and making sure they feel safe, heard, and cared for. Currently in nursing school, Madisson continues to expand her clinical knowledge while bringing her signature gentle touch to every treatment. Outside of aesthetics, she has a lifelong love of dinosaurs and is always happy to share a fun dinosaur fact.

Camrie Glover

LE, CLT Certified ZO Skin Health Expert | National Vivace RF Microneedling Trainer

Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician

An Arizona native, Camrie has been practicing aesthetics since 2019 and has built a career rooted in advanced skin health and technology. Her experience includes serving as a National Trainer for Aesthetics Biomedical, where she traveled the country educating providers on advanced technologies including Vivace Microneedling and Vivace Ultra. Today, she loves creating customized treatment plans for everyone from skincare beginners to seasoned aesthetic patients. Her not-so-secret weakness? Chips and salsa with an extra crispy Diet Coke.

Holland Cruz

B.S. Health Science, CNA

Patient Care Coordinator

Holland’s interest in medicine and aesthetics started early and has led her through roles in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, and hormone and peptide therapy. She graduated with honors with her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and plans to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner and specializing in injectables. A fun fact about Holland: her family is from Guam, and she was a Polynesian dancer!

Ansley Pray

Patient Care Coordinator

Ansley brings a unique combination of hands-on patient care and leadership experience to Perfect Dose, with more than five years as a CNA in hospital settings and over six years in management. Taking care of people has always been at the heart of what she does, and she loves making patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of work, Ansley is an adventurous mom of two who loves staying active, trying new restaurants, and making memories with her family and friends.

Priscilla Hickok

Priscilla has spent over 13 years in healthcare and aesthetics, building a career around operations, leadership, and practice growth. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a minor in Human Nutrition, she is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while building strong teams and helping providers thrive. Outside of Perfect Dose, you’ll usually find her at Pilates, obsessing over all things beauty and skincare, or spending time with her dog, Jax.

Zulma Caceres

Patient Care Coordinator

Zulma is an Arizona native with over eight years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator and a background in social work. Her genuine passion for helping others is at the heart of what she does, and she loves making every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and confident throughout their experience at Perfect Dose. Outside of work, Zulma enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loving on her cats. Her favorite getaway is anywhere by the beach, and she never travels without her favorite sunscreen, ALASTIN HydraTint.

Eva Pope

Patient Experience & Events Coordinator

After an incredible 23-year career as a flight attendant, Eva brought her love of people, adaptability, and ability to handle just about anything to Perfect Dose. With a degree in Criminology, her path into aesthetics may have been unexpected, but she quickly became a go-to for everything from patient care and front desk support to events and keeping the day running smoothly. Eva loves creating a welcoming experience for patients and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling when she’s not working a flight, and unwinding with a good glass of wine.
