What is happening to my local Ideal Image?
Ideal Image Chandler and Ideal Image Peoria have been acquired by Perfect Dose. The change in management will occur on January 12, 2026.
Perfect Dose will honor existing Ideal Image appointments, packages, and gift cards purchased at the above locations, and will work to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
Who is Perfect Dose?

What will happen to the appointments I have booked?
All scheduled appointments have been automatically transferred to Perfect Dose’s calendar. Please plan to arrive at the same time and location* as your scheduled appointment, unless you are contacted directly about any changes.
What will happen to my packages or gift cards I purchased?
Perfect Dose will honor all active packages and gift cards purchased from the affected Ideal Image locations.
Does Perfect Dose use different technology or equipment?
No. These locations will continue using the same medical-grade technology and equipment currently used by Ideal Image. Clients can expect continuity of care, comparable results, and a familiar treatment experience.
Does Perfect Dose offer the same services as Ideal Image?
Perfect Dose offers many of the same services, including laser hair removal, laser facials, SkinPen® microneedling, and cosmetic injections. For a full list of Perfect Dose services, visit our Services page.
Will the staff change?
The Ideal Image providers at these locations are joining the Perfect Dose team. Whether you see a familiar provider or a new one, treatments will be delivered with the same technology and clinical standards you are accustomed to.
Will clinic hours or appointment availability change?
Clinic hours will remain consistent at the time of transition, though minor adjustments may occur as Perfect Dose assumes operations. Any changes will be communicated directly to clients and updated online. Perfect Dose will also work to maintain similar appointment availability to minimize disruption.
Will I need to do anything to transfer my account to Perfect Dose?
No. Your package information and medical records will be transferred automatically. Because Perfect Dose is a separate provider, they will require updated medical consent and intake forms; these will be sent to you in advance of your next visit. The process is quick and helps ensure safe, compliant care.
How will my personal and medical information be handled?
Client records will be transferred to Perfect Dose in a secure, compliant manner and used solely for the purpose of continuing your care. Perfect Dose follows all applicable privacy, medical, and data-security requirements.
Will pricing change?
Perfect Dose is committed to transparent, straightforward pricing — no surprises. Your existing packages will be honored at no extra cost to you, and anything you choose to purchase going forward will follow Perfect Dose’s pricing model.
How do I schedule appointments with Perfect Dose?
You can schedule appointments online via the My Patient Visit portal. To book one of your existing package sessions, please call the local clinic number or schedule with Perfect Dose in-store.
